These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gp-intelligence.com (the "Site"), operated by GPIntelligence, Inc.("GPIntelligence," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you can form a binding contract with GPIntelligence and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Site for your informational and business evaluation purposes. You agree not to:

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the GPIntelligence and Propiloty names and marks, and the design and code — are owned by GPIntelligence or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Submissions

If you send us information through the contact form, the newsletter, or otherwise (a "Submission"), you represent that you have the right to provide it and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to respond to you and operate our business. Do not send confidential information you do not wish to disclose. Handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Notice.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice, are the entire agreement between you and GPIntelligence regarding the Site.
