Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, you give us your name, email address, optional company name, and the contents of your message. When you subscribe to our newsletter, you give us your email address.

Information collected automatically.When you visit the Site, we and our analytics provider automatically collect standard technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, pages viewed, and interactions with the Site. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and analytics" below).

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.
• To send our newsletter when you have subscribed, and to honor unsubscribe requests.

We use Google Analytics to understand Site usage in aggregate. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf. • Contact form processing — our form-handling provider, which delivers form submissions to us by email.

• Hosting and delivery — Amazon Web Services (static hosting, content delivery, and email infrastructure).

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice: contact submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our records; newsletter data until you unsubscribe; and analytics data per our analytics provider's retention settings.

Your choices and rights

• Newsletter — unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
• Analytics — opt out via the browser add-on above or your browser's cookie controls.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International users

GPIntelligence is based in the United States and the Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties; please review their policies.
